Happy Tuesday! We finally have sunshine here in Plymouth, MA and I’m hoping it will stick around for a while. I’m ready for Summer. My last release, Merry Manager, was in the River’s End Ranch series, our Christmas round. I’ll have two more books coming within the next 
month and am turning my attention over to mystery/suspense after those.
First up is Nashville Dreams. This is best described as a women’s saga. I think of it as true love, torn apart by amnesia and a billionaire with political ambitions. Very fun story to write.
After that is a new River’s End Ranch romance, Bernie’s Birthday. Bernie is Wade’s assistant. She’s turning 27 and is a bit restless, ready for the next chapter of her life to begin. Watch for Bernie’s story on July 3.
I’ve also been doing a lot of reading lately. I’m a binge reader, and my pile is always teetering dangerously. I just finished Danielle Steel’s newest book Against All Odds, which I really enjoyed. It’s probably my favorite of the ones I’ve read in the past few years. I’m currently reading John Grisham’s newest, Camino Island, which is very different from any of his other thrillers. For one thing, there are no lawyers. It involves a theft of rare books and the setting is a bookstore on a small Florida island. Next up after that is Joseph Finder’s The Switch. I love his books and this one sounds great. A woman senator discovers that she picked up the wrong laptop at the airport and someone else has hers, which has classified info on it that isn’t supposed to be there. But before I dive into that, I’ll be doing an early read of Kirsten Osbourne’s Flyboy’s Fancy, which is the next River’s End Ranch book, that releases on Monday.
Oh, and this weekend, am going to visit friends who live on Nantucket and we are going to a big book festival there. Am looking forward to it!
